    Upon check in your credit card details are taken for a security bond. DO NOT GIVE YOUR DETAILS UNTIL YOU INSPECT YOUR ROOM FIRST. When we entered the room there were door indents and holes in the bathroom wall, the oven was damaged. When I took the doona cover off on the second night due to heat, I discovered the top sheet was stained and further inspection revealed pillowcases had old stains on then and had been flipped over to appear clean. The blinds were caked with dust. Reception are open for 5 hours all weekend and nowhere to be found. Requests for contact earned me a ban from their Facebook page. Not happy.
